Thank you, Paula! There are many drawing and painting apps where you are able to create and replicate a motif, but Photoshop and Illustrator have more features. There’s also an app called Repper but it looks like it doesn’t do free-flowing patterns, only tiled, etc. I have used both Photoshop and Illustrator for a long time, so I haven’t explored the apps in depth. For professional work, you definitely want to learn both or either of them.
