I love the idea of using drawings as prompts and will try it out in my new art journal. And I really liked what you wrote about drawing. I find that drawing helps me cope with difficult emotions like grief and sorrow as well as increase my joy when I draw things that make me happy.

My new years resolution for 2025 is to give myself the gift of one of your online courses. I am currently trying to choose between Magical Inkdom and Freely Grown. Perhaps I will manage to do them both. 🙂

Love this so much! I’ve got my box of goodies started from the Magical Inkdom class and a new journal that I made for collaging and drawing. Next, I’d like to freely draw a bunch more little ornaments, flowers, fairies, and animals to add to the box. Colored pencils, watercolor, all my supplies will get use. Then, the best part will be playing in my journal by letting stories unfold. My journal is my Happy Place!
