Letting go has been on my mind lately. Yesterday I wrote in my journal that I want to feel release! (Imagine my surprise that it’s the word you picked!) If I can slow down and observe when I am clinging and grasping, maybe I can also feel when I release.

i love how your are beautifully expresses the feeling of your chosen word.

I think of the word I choose as a companion throughout the year, it teaches, inspires, guides me and offers insight. I will continue with the same word i had last year, love. I feel i have more to learn from it.

Over the years I have experienced that perhaps every word contains all possibilities, a bit like William Blake’s quote: “To see a World in a Grain of Sand And a Heaven in a Wild Flower, Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand And Eternity in an hour.”
