I recently got reintroduced to an old love for paper dolls. I used sequins gem stones, and furs and feathers to painted collages on a canvas and went with a theme like the roaring 20s; it’s such fun. your work reminded me of all the dimensions we are capable of and one never know what wants to escape until we put out what inspires us into the world that is crying out for love and peace, this is where to find it all..I love life don’t you?

Thank you, Carla! Yes, I think it’s that we need to let our art evolve and mature and accept that sometimes it happens slowly. There’s a sense of self-acceptance in this way of working that I particularly like.
